Update for our Rescue Nina - Still needing a forever home

Our Rescue Nina had spent a whole weekend with a potential new family.
She had visited with them twice before this visit. First with me there and then me leaving for short time during the day.

The transition went pretty well overall. But this will not be the home for Nina. We have Nina very socialized with children but Nina has never lived in a home with children. While she was very obedient. The child in the home was not ready and not comfortable with a big dog. Nina liked the child but did not listen or obey to the child.

Nina has been with us for almost 2 years. She came out of NYCACC Shelter and was taken there by police after her people got busted for drugs and other stuff. And of course she was on the Euth list for failing the evaluation. She was used to guard the factory for the most part and had no real training or socialization of any kind. Sooooo.... me being me.....Kodis Club pulled her and I agreed to bring her aboard.
And she was pregnant on top of it all. Her whole litter died. She was a very sad girl. She has been a worker here. She was one of the primary care-doers for Georgie C, Doug, and puppies that came in and more. A very self assured dog with a nurturing personality and the normal Rottweiler calm confident disposition.

She has been a real joy to work with and she has excelled in her obedience training.
She is such a good girl. She is all Rottweiler that is for sure. Her future new family is Rottweiler Experienced and they understand the importance of the proper groundwork to ensure a healthy bond.
